About FIRSTSTEP DANCE
FirstStep Dance Academy Mid North Coast, is a family friendly dance school in the heart of the beautiful North Coast Region, Coffs Harbour.
Our dance school is designed specifically to cater for students of younger age to participate and learn recreational dance in a non-competitive, fun and enjoyable environment. Girls and boys from preschool aged 2 , to primary and high school age.
FirstStep Dance Academy Mid North Coast allows our students to build an important foundation and fundamentals from the very beginning of their dance journey.
We offer a variety of common dance styles which are explored and encouraged during early stages of young students’ dance journey. We teach Jazz, Ballet, Tap, Contemporary and Lyrical. These dance forms allow creation of story-telling and self-expression. Building self-esteem, confidence and ability to work within a team. FirstStep Dance Academy offers a creative and vibrant environment with important and necessary teaching elements. This is achieved by completing syllabus work, highly recognised training programs complemented by Miss Gemma’s extensive dance experience nationally and internationally.
Our goal is to provide a nurturing, comfortable and fun dance school for our dance students and their families. FirstStep Dance Academy Mid North Coast enthusiastically encourages, supports and inspires the passion and joy of dance at all levels.
